MANAGER, PAID MEDIA ADVERTISING

Job Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to craft and execute impactful, data-informed media strategies that drive measurable results. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end process of media planning and campaign execution across diverse advertising channels, working collaboratively to exceed client expectations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a focus on delivering outstanding results.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop integrated media strategies that align with client goals and target audience insights, focusing on innovation across digital and traditional channels, including social, programmatic, CTV, TV, radio, and print.

  • Leverage data, market research, and analytics to guide media strategies and improve campaign performance.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Lead the execution of media campaigns, managing placement, scheduling, budget allocation, and vendor relationships.

  • Perform daily campaign strategy and management, leveraging data-driven insights to scale recommendations. Drive performance through keyword research, ad copy development, landing page optimization, and in-depth analysis.

  • Implement, manage, and refine campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic demand-side platforms (DSPs). Including traditional media vendor management.

Performance Reporting and Insights:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, Call Rail, and other measurement platforms.

  • Work closely with our data science team to dive deeper into metrics and make strategic decisions around campaign optimizations.

  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Client Engagement and Team Collaboration:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients in conjunction with the Strategy and Account teams, providing expert guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, strategy and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Clearly communicate campaign strategies, processes, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills in media strategy and execution.

 


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

  • Marketing agency experience is a plus but not required

  • 4+ years of experience in media planning, and buying, with expertise in at least one paid channel such as search, social, or display

  • Proven ability to execute campaigns that achieve measurable results

  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Google Ads Certification a plus or willing to acquire in the first 6 months of being hired

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other programmatic demand-side platform(s), Google Analytics/GA4, Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint
